My name is Jenna. I am a 26-year-old female who lives in the Richmond, VA area. I am originally from Yorktown, VA. I attended Virginia Tech, was active in Alpha Kappa Psi Fraternity, and graduated with a bachelor's in Management Science and Information Technology, with a minor in Spanish, in 2001. I was employed by a large corporation in Richmond and Lynchburg as a systems analyst for one year. While I was there, I managed to meet a wonderful man named Jeff. He chooses to share his home with me and our feline son, Spot. After I left my job, I did some volunteer work at the local hospital and decided to change careers. I attended VCU/MCV full time for the following three and a half years. During school I supported myself as a server at a local steak and seafood restaurant, where I operated under an assumed name. I graduated with a master's degree in occupational therapy in December 2005. Recently I've passed the national exam and have been licensed as an occupational therapist. In early 2006 I was employed for several months by a state agency, where I had the opportunity to provide assistive technology to people with disabilities. This is an area that particularly interests me. I currently work as an OT at a local pediatric hospital for children with dual diagnoses: psychiatric and medical disorders. In my spare time, I confuse Jeff, obsess over my "son," knit, read trivial bits of nonfiction, sing, associate with my ever adoring fans, and occasionally return to my old restaurant job to work a shift.
